If you find on delivery that the goods you have purchased from LVMshop are:

  • damaged
  • faulty
  • not what you ordered

please notify us by email within 3 working days of delivery.

We will do our best to put matters right without delay.

To assist you, we need to know:

  • your name
  • the date of purchase
  • the LVMshop reference number from your invoice or your order acknowledgement If for any other reason you wish to return goods you have bought from LVMshop, please let us know by email. At our discretion and subject to our inspection we may be prepared to accept the return of goods for credit. We normally make a handling charge.

We will only accept goods that are returned to us:

  • with our prior consent
  • unused, complete, unmarked and undamaged, in their original packaging
